SEVENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE dated as of February 12, 2013 (this "Seventh Supplemental Indenture"), to the Indenture dated as of January 1, 2006 (the "Indenture"), by and among WESTLAKE CHEMICAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), each of the Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined in the Sixth Supplemental Indenture (as defined below)) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A.
