THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 5th day of October, 2005, (the "Effective Date"), between INTERACTIVE GAMES, INC., a Florida corporation having its principal place of business located at 319 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Fl. 33401 (“the "Company") and Henry Fong, an individual residing at 622 N.
