("Buyer"), a Nevada corporation with a mailing address of 59 West 100 South, Second Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, and Richard D. Surber ("Surber"), an individual with a business address of 59 West 100 South, Second Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
