This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of the 23rd day of April 2009 by and among China International Tourism Holdings, Ltd., a Nevada corporation ("CINH"), Shanxi Kai Da Lv You Gu Wen Xian Gong Si(“Kai Da”) a company organized under the laws of the Peoples’ Republic of China and Mr. Lei Ming, an individual. (“Buyer”).
