(F/K/A Montgomery Real Estate Service, Inc.), a Nevada corporation with offices at Unit 1005, 10/F, Tower B, Hunghom Commercial Centre, 37 Ma Tau Wai Road, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong (the "Guarantor"), in favor of Precursor Management Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, with offices at 2702-03, 27/F, Goldlion Digital Network Center, 138 Tiyu Road East, Tianhe, Guangzhou, P.R. China (the "Lender").
