THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of March 30, 2021 and effective as of the Second Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), by and among SLR Investment Corp., a Maryland corporation, (“SLR”), as collateral agent (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, “Collateral Agent”), the lenders party hereto including SLR in its capacity as a Lender (each a “Lender” and collectively, the “Lenders”), and Alimera Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”).
