This EMPLOYMENT COVENANTS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made on 1/30/2017 (the “Effective Date”), between VONAGE HOLDINGS CORP., its current and future subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, (collectively, “Vonage”), and KENNETH WYATT (“You” or “Your”) (collectively, the “Parties”)1.
