(the “Borrower”), First Solar, Inc. as guarantor, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, as Facility Agent and Security Agent and for and on behalf of the Original Lenders, CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad.
