THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) which was entered into the 1st day of January, 2004, by and between QUAD CITY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a state-chartered commercial bank located in Bettendorf, Iowa (the “Bank”), and MICHAEL A.
