This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated May 10, 2021 (the “Closing Date”) is entered into by and among Scientific Energy, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”) and the parties indicated as Purchasers on one or more counterpart signature pages hereof (each of which is a “Purchaser,” and collectively the “Purchasers”).
