This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made, entered into, and is effective as of December 11, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Windstream Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Windstream”), and Anthony W. Thomas (the “Executive”).
