This Unloading and Blending Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 12, 2015, to be effective as of the Effective Time, by and among HollyFrontier Refining & Marketing LLC (“HFRM”), Holly Energy Partners-Operating, L.P. (“HEP Operating”) and HEP Refining, L.L.C. (“HEP Refining”). Each of HFRM, HEP Operating and HEP Refining is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
