SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of July 26, 2017, among Holly Energy Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, HEP Cheyenne Shortline LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiaries”), Holly Energy Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Holly Energy Partners”), and Holly Energy Finance Corp.
