This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May 5, 2011, among UNIFIRST CORPORATION, a Massachusetts corporation (the “Parent”), certain of its Subsidiaries listed on Schedule 1 (collectively with the Parent, the “Borrowers”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer.
