THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on June 29, 2018 with an Effective Date as defined below, by and between StoneMor GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”) and the General Partner of StoneMor Partners L.P. (together with its successors and assigns, the “Partnership”), and Joseph M. Redling (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are each sometimes referred to herein as “Party,” and both of them, together, are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”
