THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of the 26th day of October, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Stephen Winn (the “Executive”), and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company (the “Employer”), located at 2201 Lakeside Boulevard, Richardson, Texas 75082.
