THIS AGREEMENT is between INFORM WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS, INC., a corporation organized under laws of the State of Florida, whose address is 2501 North Green Valley Pkwy., Suite 110, Henderson, NV 89014 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”); and, INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES, INC., or its assignees, located at 120 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”).
