THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 16th day of April 2007 (“Commencement Date”) by and between MPC Corporation, a Colorado Corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”) and Curtis Akey (the “Executive”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Employer agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
