This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of January 17, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) and amends and restates that certain Employment Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007 (the “Original Effective Date”) by and between TechTarget, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 117 Kendrick Street, Needham, MA 02494 (the “Employer”), and Kevin Beam (the “Executive”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Employer and the Executive agree as follows.
