This Consultancy Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this _June 1st/2015_ (the “Effective Date”) by and between DEVAGO INC with its principal place of business located in the state of Nevada, USA (The “Company”) and JOSE A. ACOSTA CRESPO, with his principal place of business located in SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (the “Consultant”) (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”).
