This Amendment No. 1 to the Development and Commercialization Agreement (“Amendment”) amends the Development and Commercialization Agreement by and between Invitae Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 1400 16th St., San Francisco, CA 94103 (“Invitae”) and Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 1305 O’Brien Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025 (“PacBio”) effective January 12, 2021 (the “Agreement”).
