This Class Action Settlement and General Release Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiffs REGINALD EVANS and RACHEL TEMPLEMAN, individually, and as Class Representatives for settlement purposes (“Plaintiffs”), and NEW HORIZONS (“NEW HORIZONS” includes NEW HORIZONS WORLDWIDE, INC., NEW HORIZONS COMPUTER LEARNING CENTERS, INC., NEW HORIZONS COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER OF SANTA ANA, INC., NEW HORIZONS COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER OF SACRAMENTO, INC., and all affiliated entities, but such term does not include franchisees of any such entity) (collectively, the “Parties”).
