THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED GUARANTY (“Guaranty”) dated as of March 17, 2006 executed and delivered by Allied Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (“Guarantor”), in favor of Citibank, N.A., a national banking corporation, in its capacity as Administrative Agent (“Administrative Agent”) for the benefit of the lenders under that certain Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 17, 2006 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, the “Credit Agreement”), by and among Business Loan Express, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Borrower”), certain lenders named therein (“Lenders”), and Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
