Broad Street, Suite 350, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18018 (“Edentify”), and TRILEGIANT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation located at 100 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut 06850 (“Trilegiant”).
