THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, made as of December 6, 2006, is by and between GREAT WOLF LODGE OF THE POCONOS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), having an address at 122 West Washington Avenue, 10th Floor, Madison, Wisconsin 53703 and CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS REALTY CORP., a New York corporation, having an address at Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., 388 Greenwich Street, 19th Floor, New York, New York 10013 (together with its successors and assigns, whether one or more, “Lender”).
