This Contract of Employment (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions of your employment with the Company at the 1st of January 2007. From this date hereof, the following terms and conditions of permanent employment shall supersede any prior terms and conditions of permanent employment between you and Allied World Assurance Company (Europe) Limited and Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd or any of its subsidiaries; it is the only legally binding agreement between the parties relating to your employment by the Company or any Group Company (as defined below).
