This Multicurrency Credit Agreement is entered into as of August 17, 2007, by and among Cleveland-Cliffs Inc, an Ohio corporation (the “Borrower”), the various institutions from time to time party to this Agreement as Lenders, Bank of America, N.A. (“Bank of America”), as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Syndication Agent.
