This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is executed and entered into by and between Nastech Pharmaceutical Company Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), with offices at 3830 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, Washington 98021 and Gordon C. Brandt, M.D., an individual resident in the State of Washington (the “Executive”), effective December 19, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
