This letter will serve as an amendment to your employment offer letter between you and Borland Software Corporation (“Borland”), dated October 2, 2006 (“Offer Letter”). Your position is currently Acting President & Chief Executive Officer; Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors of Borland (the “Board”).
