THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of January 1, 2010 (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Double Eagle Petroleum Co., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Ashley Jenkins (“Employee”). The Company and Employee are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
