This THREE-YEAR CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of October 21, 2010, among General Mills, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the several financial institutions from time to time party to this Agreement (collectively, the “Banks”; individually, a “Bank”), and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
