This SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Endeavour International Corporation (the “Company”), and J. Michael Kirksey (“Employee”). The Company and Employee are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
