This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated effective as of February 21, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), between F.N.B. Corporation, a Florida corporation having its principal place of business at One F.N.B. Boulevard, Hermitage, Pennsylvania 16148 (the “Employer”), and Vincent J. Calabrese, an individual whose address is 9003 Peregrine Drive, Gibsonia, Pennsylvania 15044 (the “Executive”).
