THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into and executed on January 29, 2014, effective as of January 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between RAIT Financial Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), with a principal office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Scott L. N. Davidson (“Executive”).
