This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 1, 2016, between W. Michael Madden (“Executive”) and KIRKLAND’S, INC., a Tennessee corporation with principal offices in Nashville, Tennessee (the “Company”).
