This letter (this “Agreement “) sets forth the terms and conditions of your employment with Las Vegas Sands Corp., a Nevada corporation (“LVSC”), and Las Vegas Sands, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LVSC (together with LVSC, the “Company”), and is entered into by and between you and the Company effective as of September 30, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
