THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF PSLT OP, L.P. (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 3, 2004, is entered into by and among PSLT GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), and the Persons (as defined below) whose names are set forth on Exhibit A as attached hereto (as it may be amended from time to time).
