This Time-Based Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of <<Grant Date>> (the “Grant Date”), by and between Celanese Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and <<NAME>> (the “Participant”).
