INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT dated May 16, 2005, between RMR Preferred Dividend Fund (the Fund), a Massachusetts business trust, and RMR Advisors, Inc. (the Advisor), a Massachusetts corporation.
