This LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of March 25, 2022, is by and among GREEN PLAINS INC., an Iowa corporation (“Holdings”), GREEN PLAINS FINANCE COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GP Finco”), GREEN PLAINS GRAIN COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Green Plains Grain”), GREEN PLAINS TRADE GROUP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Green Plains Trade” and, together with GP Finco, Green Plains Grain and each other Subsidiary of Holdings who joins as a “Borrower” hereunder from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, collectively, “Borrowers” and each, individually, a “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties from time to time party hereto, the financial institutions and other Persons from time to time party hereto as lenders (each individually a “Lender” and collectively “Lenders”) and ING CAPITAL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (in its individual capacity, “ING Capital”), for itself as a Lender, as Agent and as Joint Bookrunner
