THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into between the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (the “Bank”) and Joseph Amato (“Employee”) to amend and restate the employment agreement between the Bank and Employee dated October 7, 2020, as amended on July 7, 2021, and October 19, 2022.
