This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), by and between Everi Payments Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of Everi Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Everi Holdings”), and Kate Lowenhar-Fisher (“Executive”), is effective as of March 22, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), which shall be Executive’s first day of active employment.
