than any such obligations (i) owing to the Administrative Agent or an Affiliate thereof, (ii) owing to another Lender or an Affiliate thereof (and identified in writing by the Company to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Effective Date) or (iii) referred to in clause (d) above, obligations in respect of such Cash Management Services have been designated as “Designated Cash Management Obligations” by written notice from the Company to the Administrative Agent in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
