This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the latest date indicated on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between TrueCar, Inc. (the “Company”), and Jantoon Reigersman (“Executive” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”). This Agreement acts as an amendment and restatement of, and supersedes in its entirety, the Employment Agreement entered into between the Parties as of January 20, 2021 (the “Prior Employment Agreement”).
