This TRANSITION AND SEPARATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, as of the “Effective Date” (as defined in Section 14 below), by and between Timothy Go (“Executive”), Calumet GP, LLC, Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and its direct or indirect subsidiaries and other affiliates (collectively, the “Company”).
