THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 30, 2008, by and between EMPLOYERS HOLDINGS, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
