THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated as of March 21, 2014 by and among SL GREEN REALTY CORP. (the “Parent”), SL GREEN OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P. (“SLGOP”) and RECKSON OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P.
