THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of January 7, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., a Canadian corporation (the “Company”), and J.
