The Gabelli Go Anywhere Trust (the “Fund”), a statutory trust organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Delaware, proposes to issue and sell (the “Offering”) through G.research, Inc. (the “Distributor”), as agent, as many as [ ] common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.001 (the “Common Shares”), and [ ] Series A Cumulative Puttable and Callable Preferred Shares, par value $0.001 (the “Preferred Shares,” and together with the Common Shares, the “Shares”), to be offered in combinations each consisting of three Common Shares and one Preferred Share (the “Combinations”).
