THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT (this “Joinder Agreement”), dated as of November 20, 2015, is among CATCHMARK SOUTHERN HOLDINGS II GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Southern Holdings GP”), CATCHMARK SOUTHERN TIMBERLANDS II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Southern Timberlands LP”), CATCHMARK SOUTH CAROLINA TIMBERLANDS, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“South Carolina LLC”; together with Southern Holdings GP and Southern Timberlands LP, each a “New Subsidiary” and collectively, the “New Subsidiaries”), CATCHMARK TIMBER OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P.
